All appointments at HyFlow Massage LLC require full payment at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets via Square's secure payment system. Gift cards are also accepted.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If HyFlow Massage LLC cancels or reschedules your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee applies.

Clients booking Post-Surgery Lymphatic Drainage services must provide written physician clearance prior to their first session. Appointments cannot be confirmed without this documentation.
Timing of post-surgical massage varies by surgery type — please consult your surgeon. General guidelines: cosmetic surgery (3–7 days post-op), abdominal surgery (4–6 weeks post-op).
HyFlow Massage LLC gift cards never expire and are fully transferable. Gift cards are redeemable for any service.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
HyFlow Massage LLC collects only the information necessary to provide our services — your name, contact information, and health intake details. This information is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Payment information is processed securely through Square and is never stored on our systems.
